RHUBARB PIE (w/ Tapioca) 3 1/2 cups sliced rhubarb 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons tapioca 1 Tablespoon orange juice 1 Tablespoon melted butter or margarine Your favorite pie crust recipe for a 2 crust pie. Mix filling ingredients together well and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before putting into an unbaked pie shell. Top with crust and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 400*F.
