Strawberry Marshmallow Pie
1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell 1 cup milk, scalded 12 large marshmallows, chopped 1 cup thick cream 1/2 cup chopped nuts 2 cups crushed strawberries, drained
Scalded milk. Add marshmallow pieces. Stir until marshmallows have dissolved. Let cool to lukewarm. Whip the cream. Blend into milk-marshmallow mixture. Fold in nuts and berries. Pour into pie shell. Chill 8-12 hours.
