Aunt Jemima's Pecan Pie
3 eggs 1/4 cup margarine - melted 1/2 cup Aunt Jemima Pancake Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup pecans - coarsely chopped 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a medium bowl, beat the three 3 eggs. Add the margarine, syrup and sugar and mix well. Add the pecans and pour into shell.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then turn the oven temperature down to 350 degrees F. and bake for about 30 minutes more. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Pie is done when it puffs up slightly in the middle.
