Butterscotch Pudding 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch 2 Tbsp. Sugar, brown 1 c. Milk, homogenized 1/2 tsp. Vanilla pinch Salt 1. Mix dry ingredients, salt, cornstarch, and brown sugar. 2. Add milk gradually to dry ingredients. 3. Mix well. 4. Place in top of double boiler. 5. Cook over hot water in the bottom of a double boiler and stir slowly until thickened. 6. Cook 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. 7. Add vanilla. 8. Place in serving dishes. 9.
