Hi pragz, Below is a recipe I just found on www.allrecipes.com web site. Yes, they have given us permission to post their recipes if we link back to them and give them, plus who submitted it to them, credit for the recipe as I have done below. Hope this is what you were looking for!!!!! They have 37 diferent versions of cheese pie. Creamy Cheese Pie This is an old time recipe from a collection of recipes my mother was given when she got married. It's a creamier pie than a New York style and is quite nice in the mornings with coffee. Original recipe by Dorothy Harker. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie (8 servings). Printed from Allrecipes, Submitted by Jeff Cushenberry 10 graham crackers, crushed 1/4 cup butter, melted 4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 cup sour cream 3 1/2 tablespoons white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 To Make Crust: In a small bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers and melted butter or margarine. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. 3 To Make Filling: In a medium mixing bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then add eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. 4 Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until set around edges. Remove and cool 5 minutes. 5 To Make Topping: Mix together sour cream, 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top of pie and return to oven for 10 minutes. Chill at least 5 hours before serving. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Copyright © 2003 www.allrecipes.com

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the cheese pie recipe. Think I will make it with regular crust. Sounds really great. Appreciate your effort.
Thanks Penny
