1 angel food cake 1 can of blueberry pie filling (or any berry flavor!) 1-1/2 cups of milk 1 small instant vanilla pudding 1 cup sour cream *Frost with Cool Whip
Directions: Take 1/2 of the cake and break into bite size pieces and put on bottom of 9x13 dish. Cover with your 1 can of pie filling. Then take the other 1/2 of cake and rip into bite size pieces and put over pie filling . Add 1 1/2 c. of milk to a small instant vanilla pudding, mix to blend, let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 cup sour cream, mix well, pour over cake layer. Frost with Cool Whip. Chill for 2-3 hrs. before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
