Pecan Pie 5 tbsp butter 1 cup light brown sugar 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups chopped, toasted pecans 2 tbsp bourbon 2 tsp vanilla (OR COCOA POWDER!!!) 3 eggs, beaten In sauce pan combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except eggs. Allow to cool 5 minutes. Add eggs. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
