3 C peeled, dices, fresh peaches (4-5) 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 C light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Mix well in a bowl... Roll out pie pastry to about 1/16" & cut into about 24 rounds (4 in circles). Place Tbs. of filling on each circle...fold over and press edges to seal...flip pie and seal again
Cook in hot fat 4-5 min. Drain on paper towel-sprinkle with powdered sugar...
Poster's Note: You could also use the 'Grands' flaky biscuits as a short cut to making a whole pie crust. Roll out each biscuit, fill, and crimp.
