2 cups rhubarb 1 cup sugar ½ teaspoon nutmeg ¾ cup sour cream 2 tablespoons flour or tapioca ¼ teaspoon salt 2 eggs, beaten Mix all but rhubarb. Pour over rhubarb and bake 35 minutes at 300°. <br>Raisins can be added. Also orange or lemon flavoring can be added
