1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 sup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Process all ingredients in a blender or a food processor until smooth. Pour into a metal pan, cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze. Serve in sherbert glasses.
