Oreo Cookies Pie
25 Oreo cookies 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 cups heavy cream, OR 1 (9 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, (such as Cool Whip), thawed 1 (8 ounce) jar Marshamallow Fluff 1 - 2 teaspoons peppermint extract Creme de menthe (optional)
Crush Oreo cookies to crumb consistency with rolling pin. Reserve some crumbs for top of pie. Mix cookies with 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine. Press cookie mixture into pie plate and refrigerate for several minutes.
Beat 2 cups heavy cream, or use Cool Whip. Fold in jar of Marshmallow Fluff. Add peppermint extract to taste.
Pour cream mixture into chilled pie shell. Decorate with cookie crumbs. Sprinkle with green creme de menthe before serving, if desired. Keep refrigerated.
