Cook TAPIOCA as package directs. Cool, then layer with cut up TANGERINE in a parfait glass. Top with WHIPPED CREAM, garnish with TANGERINE SECTIONS. This is a simple dessert but really pretty when put in a clear glass, the white and orange layers really look yummy. ENJOY.*
