My mom gave me this recipe for making lots of pie crusts that can be frozen until needed. It is great to have these crusts when you want to whip out a pie. Just let one or two thaw and get after it! 1---- 5 pound sack of all Purpose flour 1-----3 pound can Crisco shortening 1/2 teaspoon salt Place 3/4 cup white corn syrup in a quart jar and fill the rest of the jar with water. Mix well. Pour into the mixture of flour and shortening. Mix all ingredients together well and divide the mixture into 8 oz. amounts. Use a scale food to measure the 8 oz. amounts. As you need a pie crust remove from the freezer. They are great!! Enjoy!
