Bananasauce "Pudding"
1 ripe banana, peeled 1 cup (250 ml) applesauce 1/2 cup (125 ml) prepared granola, raisins, chopped nuts, chopped dried fruit, or any combination of these
Puree the banana and applesauce in an electric food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in the granola, fruits, and/or nuts. Serves 2 to 3.
