Lightly grease a cookie sheet with PAM. Mix the Bisquick, butter and sugar in medium bowl until crumbly with a pastry blender. Now, slowly stir in the milk until a dough forms. Take and drop the dough by a well rounded tablespoonful and keep them about 2 inches apart on your cookie sheet. Make a shallow well in center of each with back of spoon or your thumb, and fill each with about 1 teaspoon of preserves. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until very lightly golden brown. While still warm, drizzle with vanilla icing using either a spoon in a zig zag fashion, or put into the corner of a baggy, cut off the tip and drizzle on. Vanilla Icing 2/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon warm water 1/4 teaspoon vanilla Beat all ingredients until smooth.
