Chinese Chicken Legs
Ingredients: 8 chicken legs 1 tsp sugar 1/4 cup soya sauce 2 tbsp dry sherry 1 clove garlic 2 tblsp oil 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tbsp honey salt and pepper
Method: Combine ingredients and pour over legs - marinate for 3 to 4 hours or over night, turn occasionally. Put legs and marinade into flat ovenware dish. Bake in a moderate oven 45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
