Hi...I'm cooking for an Around the World Banquet at our school. 150 juniors/seniors will be attending. I'm set with recipes for Italy, Mexica, USA and France...but I'm stuck as far as what to serve for the China booth. I'd like an easy recipe that I could possibly make ahead of time. I'll have rice, egg rolls and fortune cookies to go with it. Any recipes (cashew chicken, sweet/sour chicken, etc.) would be appreciated.
