Impossible Quiche Tarts
3/4 c Sour Cream
1/2 c Bisquick
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 c Chopped Salami
2 tb Sliced Green Onions
Preheat oven to 400~. Grease 18 muffin cups, 2-1/2x1-1/4". Beat sour cream, Bisquick, milk, eggs and Worcestershire Sauce until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Spoon about 2 T into each muffin cup. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle 1T over batter in each cup. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 12 to 15 minutes. Loosen sides of tarts from pans; remove from pan. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers.
Impossible Sausage Breakfast Pie (quiche)
1 lb Sausage (bulk)
1 Green onion bunch, chopped
1 c Mozzerella, grated
1 1/2 c Milk
1 c Bisquick
6 oz Sour cream
3 Eggs
1 salt & pepper to taste
Brown, drain and crumble sausage. put in bottom of 11X7 greased pan. Top with onions and cheese. Put rest in blender for 1 min. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min until tests done with knife.
Impossible Turkey Pie
2 c Turkey or chicken -- cked;cutup
4 1/2 oz Mushrooms -- sliced; drained
1/2 c Green onions -- sliced
1/2 t Salt
1 c Swiss Cheese -- shredded
1 ½ c Milk
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingred. until smooth, in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 min. before cutting. Refrig. any remaining pie. Makes 6-8 servings. Can Substitute smoked cooked ham for the turkey. HIGH

2 cups chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh
cauliflowerets*
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 ½ cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 400º. Grease glass pie plate, 10 × 1 1/2 inches. Heat 1 inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling; add broccoli. Cover and heat to boiling. Cook about 5 minutes or until almost tender; drain thoroughly.
Mix broccoli, onion, bell pepper and cheese in pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
Impossible Spinach Pie: Substitute 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and drained, for the broccoli. Do not cook. Omit bell pepper. Substitute Swiss cheese for the Cheddar cheese. Add 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Continue as directed-except bake about 30 minutes.
