Impossible Ham Salad Pie
1/2 pk Peas -- frozen, 10 oz size
1 c Ham -- finely chopped
1 1/2 ts Mustard -- prepared
3/4 c Bisquick baking mix
3 Eggs
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 c Milk
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease pie plate 10x1 1/2". Rinse peas under cold water to separate; drain. Sprinkle peas, ham and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 sec in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour in pie plate. Bake till golden brown and knife inserted halfway bewteen centre and edge comes out clean 30 to 35
minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Impossible Hot Toddy Pie
1 1/2 cups canned eggnog
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
4 Eggs
2 tbsp. rum -- or 1 Tsp. rum flavoring
Ground nutmeg
***SPICED WHIPPED CREAM***
1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9" pie plate.
Place all ingredients except nutmeg in blender container.
Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with Spiced Whipped Cream if desired.
SPICED WHIPPED CREAM:
Beat ingredients together in chilled bowl until stiff.

1 lb Sausage (bulk)
1 Green onion bunch, chopped
1 c Mozzerella, grated
1 1/2 c Milk
1 c Bisquick
6 oz Sour cream
3 Eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown, drain and crumble sausage. put in bottom of 11X7 greased pan. Top with onions and cheese. Put rest in blender for 1 min. Pout over meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min until tests done with knife.

1 tb Butter
1 tb Oil
2 c Mushrooms -- sliced
1/2 c Green onions -- chopped
1 c Swiss cheese -- shredded
1 t Tarragon -- dried
3/4 c Bisquick or baking mix
1/4 t Salt
3 Eggs
Tomato slices or wedges -- opt
Parsley -- opt
Preheat oven 400F. Heat butter and oil in large frypan. Toss in mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Season. Spread mushrooms, green onions, cheese and tarragon in bottom of greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute ith hand beater till smooth and pour over vegetable mixture. Bake in preheated 400F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till top is golden and pie is cooked. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Granish with tomato and parsley.
