Chocolate Eclair Dessert 1 cup water 1/2 cup margarine or butter 1 cup flour 4 eggs Bring water and butter to boil. Add flour and stir into a ball. Beat in one egg at a time with mixer. Spread into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake 400° 30 minutes. Batter will puff and brown. Allow to cool. Filling 2 cups milk 2 small boxes or 1 large box instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. whipped topping Beat together cream cheese, pudding mix and milk. Spread over cooled crust. Top with whipped topped. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate. Jay
