GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
1 cup coconut 1 cup chopped nuts 1 box German Chocolate cake mix 1 stick butter (or oleo) 1- 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Spread coconut in bottom of pan. Add nuts. Prepare cake mix. Pour over nuts and coconut. In another bowl: cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well. Spoon butter mixture over cake batter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 - 20 minutes. Turn upside down on to a platter.
