Rusty's Chocolate Pudding Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min. 1 cup sugar 3 Tbs. cornstarch 3 Tbs. cocoa powder, heaping 3 Tbs. all purpose flour 3 cups milk 3 egg yolks 2 tsp. unsalted butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy non-reactive saucepan. Stir in milk and egg yolks. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Immediately remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl. Press plastic wrap over pudding surface to prevent skin from forming. Serve warm or cold.
