Adobo Sirloin www.allrecipes.com Ingredients 1 lime, juiced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 (7 ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 2 pounds top sirloin steak salt and pepper to taste Directions 1 In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic, oregano and cumin. Finely chop 2 tablespoons of the chile peppers and add to the mixture. Taste for spice, and add some adobo sauce from the can, as desired. 2 Puncture the meat with a sharp knife several times. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat evenly, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. 3 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. 4 Grill steak over high heat until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Makes 4 servings
