Thirty Minute Peach Crisp
A quick dessert that very simply completes a weeknight supper.
Prep: 15 min Bake: 15 min
2 (16-ounce) cans sliced peaches, well drained 1/4 cup raisins 1 (3 3/4-ounce) package butterscotch flavored instant pudding mix 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Margarine
Heat oven to 400°F. Place peaches and raisins in ungreased 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients except margarine in small bowl; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over peaches and raisins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
Makes 6 servings
