Hello to all...I'm new to the board and I think it's great that we have this forum to share.
Does anyone know the recipe for the marinade and/or seasoning that Rio Grande uses on their beef for fajitas? The beef tastes different (and SO good!) than any other beef for fajitas at other restaurants. I think the beef must be skirt steak and the flavor is wonderful. The Rio Grande makes their own tortillas on site in the restaurant. They're also the best I've had.
The only Rio Grande restaurant that I've been to is the one in Reston, VA. Their menu mentions Uncle Julio's which I think is a restaurant in Texas.
I'd really like to have their recipe.
Thanks Nancy
