Jim's Cheddar Cheese Soup & Bill Miller's Brownies

There is a local restaurant chain called Jim's in San Antonio, Texas. They make a cheddar cheese soup that my husband really enjoys.

Another local chain is Bill Miller's. I'd love to have their brownie recipe.

Does anyone have the recipes or know of similar ones?
