QUICK BEER BREAD
Ingredients: 4 cups Bisquick 12 oz beer
1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Mix together Bisquick mix, beer, and sugar. Pour into loaf pan and bake 30 minutes. Brush loaf with melted butter and bake another 20 minutes. Remove from pan to cool and slice. May be frozen.
3 cups self rising flour ( you could use Bisquick!) 2 Tbls. sugar 1 (12oz) can beer 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients and let rise 30 mins. Form into a loaf and bake in a greased loaf pan 325 degrees for one hour. Butter top and bake five minutes more. This can also be baked in other size pans such as a round pan at least 4 ins. high.
