PINEAPPLE DESSERT
1 pint sour cream 1 T. lemon juice 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained 1/4 c. nuts 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
In bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine well. Spoon into paper baking cups and freeze until firm.
Makes 10-12 servings. Jay
