Makes 4 servings 1 pound boneless pork tenderloin Salt and pepper 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Hot Mango Chutney 1/4 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 1/4 teaspoon allspice Cut pork crosswise into 1-inch-thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook quickly on both sides until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine chutney, orange juice, ginger and allspice; pour over pork. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 to 6 minutes or until pork tests done. Remove pork from skillet.
Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork before serving.
