Fay Wilkinson's from Canton Il. Lemon Lush Crust: 1 stick ole (butter or margarine) 1 c. flour 1 c. of nuts, Crushed (pecan or walnut works well) Pack in a 9x12 baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool Cheese layer: 1-8oz. Pkg. Cream cheese 1 c. powder sugar (confectioners sugar or Icing sugar) 1 box whip toping , mixed according to package ( 1 - 8oz. Tub of cool whip works very well and I think tastes better) Mix all ingredients together. Spoon on top of crust. Lemon Filling: 2 packages ( 4 servings each)of lemon pudding cook according to package directions( instant lemon pudding that you don't cook works great) mix with beaters on low speed for 2 minutes. Spread on top of cheese mixture. For the top 2 box's whip toping , mixed according to package ( 2 - 8oz. Tub of cool whip works very well and I think tastes better) Spread on top of lemon.
