Lemon Pound Cake Bread Pudding 2 butter pound cakes 8 lemons 6 eggs 1 cup sugar 3 cups milk Cube pound cake; place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Squeeze lemons over cake. Place eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until combined. Add milk; whisk until combined. Pour over pound cake; soak for 1 hour. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350-degree oven.
