Cranberry Strawberry Mold Lightly greased Large Salad Mold Required or use only 1 can cranberry sauce 1 lg. strawberry Jello 1 envelope plain Knox Gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, mashed 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, mashed 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped Stuaart or Schley pecans or black walnuts Dissolve Jello and Gelatin with boiling water. Allow to cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased mold and let set. Can be used as part of a main meal or as a dessert. Top with slightly sweetened Whipped Cream with 1/2 to 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract added, if desired.
