Orange Cranberry Sauce 1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries 1 cup coarsely chopped orange 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 cup Chicken Broth Mix cranberries, orange, brown sugar, cinnamon and broth in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until mixture thickens. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 3 cups. Roasted Orange Cranberry Sauce: Use 1 can (14 oz.) Chicken Broth. Mix all ingredients in 17" x 15" roasting pan. Roast at 450°F. for 25 min. or until mixture thickens. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
