Easy Christmas Breakfast Casserole 1 lb. of sausage 2 1/2 cups of milk 10 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese 3 slices of bread, make cubes, no crust Brown sausage, drain grease. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in sausage, cheese, and bread cubes. Put in greased 9x13 inch baking dish, let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Watch closely last 15 minutes not to get too brown.
