CRANBERRY SALAD 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries 1 (12 oz.) can frozen Minute Maid apple juice 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar free cherry Jello 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, with the juice 1/2 - 1 tsp. lemon juice concentrate (ReaLemon) 1 c. tart apple, chopped 1 c. pecan pieces Combine washed cranberries and thawed apple juice; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add Jello and stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. When cool add the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
