STRAWBERRY SALAD

2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry Jello
1 quart strawberries, fresh or frozen, slightly thawed
6 oz. cream cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple (1 1/2 cups)
Dissolve Jello in hot water and chill until slightly thickened.
Add strawberries and pineapple. Pour into a long salad dish and let set. Combine whipping cream, marshmallows and broken up cream cheese. Mix and let stand overnight.
Before serving, whip 1 cup of whipping cream and spread over salad. Garnish with nuts, if desired.
CINNAMON-STRAWBERRY SALAD

10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 tbsp. red hot candy
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (dry)
1 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Mix marshmallows, pineapple (with juice) candy and Jello together. Cover and set overnight.
Whip cream, add sugar, then fold mixture into whipped cream.
STRAWBERRY & APPLESAUCE SALAD

1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. strained applesauce
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can pineapple tidbits or any fruit
Miniature marshmallows
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add applesauce. Pour into ring mold and chill.
Unmold. Fill middle with: whipped cream, mixed with pineapple tidbits and marshmallows, or any other fruit.
STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD

1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream
2 c. sm. marshmallows
After Jello starts to jell, mix Philadelphia cream cheese with mixer and add sugar, pineapple. Stir into Jello and then fold in whipped cream and marshmallows last.
Place in refrigerator to set.
