(serves 2 to 4, depending on appetites!) Ingredients: 1-lb. Boneless Sirloin Steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips 8-oz. fresh button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced (can also be left in chunks) 1 can French's Beef broth with onions 1 medium onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings 1 Tbsp. dried Parsley Black Pepper, to taste 1 cup water 2 Tbsp. cornstarch Preparation: Layer steak strips, mushrooms and onion rings in crockpot. Add broth& seasonings to the pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. (on high, cook for 4 to 5 hours.) Approx. 1 1/2 hours before serving, stir together the water and cornstarch until well blended. Add to the crockpot, stirring well. Replace cover and continue cooking for allotted time.
Serve over rice or egg noodles with a salad for a complete meal.
