Yam Yam Salad 1 pkg. lime Jell-O 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 flat can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 c. sugar 2 T. sugar
Prepare Jell-O according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 cups water. Set aside to thicken slightly. Cook pineapple with sugar. Cool. Add cheese and pecans. Add pineapple mixture to Jell-O. Fold in sweetened whipped cream.
