This was a favorite of the amish children
2 small boxes grape Jello 2 cups boiling water 1 cup cold water 1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 can blueberry pie filling
Topping: 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar
Directions: Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water. When Jello begins to set, add crushed pineapple with juice and the pie filling. When Jello is fully set, spread the topping on on top. Add chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired.
