1 c whole milk 4 T butter 1/4 c Parmesan 1 c mozzarella cheese 1 c cheddar/jack cheese 2/3 c cubed Velveeta 1 yellow onion minced 1 T minced garlic 3-4 c potatoes, peeled and sliced
In crockpot combine milk, butter, cheeses, onion, garlic and potatoes. Stir to combine. Then add chicken on top. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Add cornstarch or arrowroot for a thicker sauce.
