AMISH CHICKEN 1/2 c. flour 2 t. paprika 1 t. pepper 1/4 t. dry mustard 1 t. salt 1 cup up broiler or parts of chicken - I use B/S breast tenderloins and it is great. 1 stick butter Mix dry ingredients in a gallon size plastic bag. Put chicken in bag and coat chicken well. In 9X13 pan melt butter and place chicken in pan. Bake at 350ºF for 1 1/2 to 2 hours till done(less than an hour for boneless). Delicious flavor and easy to make. Jay
