Recipe for Mennonite Cottage Cheese

I am looking for a recipe for real mennonite cottage cheese. My grandma used to make it, but we are unable to remember how she did it. If anyone has any ideas, that would be a great help. Thank you and have a nice day!

Thank you soo very much shortcake! I started to check out some of the websites listed, but there were soo many, that I think I will wait until I have a whole day to look for the recipe. Like I said earlier, my grandma used to make this quite often, but unfortunatly she passed away on the 28 of August, so now I am unable to ask her how she did it.
