This is such a wonderful site, so many good recipes. What is cornmeal ? this is from the Amish Biscuits and Cornbread Recipes I live in England (UK) we have cornmeal, but that is very processed and white and also what is the equivalent of yellow cornflour, hope you can help. Thank you Julia
