Baby Food Cake

This is a very moist and delicious cake.

BABY FOOD CAKE

3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sm. jars baby jood (applesauce, carrots, and apricot)
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Mix all together and bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cool and top with icing.

ICING

1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick melted oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth. Pour over cake and spread out over area.

Thanks so much for this recipe...I have one for cake mix, but this is what I've been hoping to see...I've made the Paula Deen Sweet Baby Jack Cake with baby food carrots and it is delish...Now I'll really be in Pig heaven with all the ones I'll make...I do lots of baking for the VA volunteers and I'm sure they'll say thanks to you too...
