Hi, just wanted to say hello and let you know a little bit about me. I am one of those Plays With Food type of cooks and I love to cook those recipes that I can make ahead of time and then pull it out of the freezer and pop it in the oven. Just made Beef Enchiladas and Chicken Enchiladas and stuck them in the freezer for Saturday when I will be having company over.
I enjoy cooking, fishing, crafts, reading, gardening, laughing, and my baby Penny the thingyer Spaniel.
I work for a law firm as a Word Processing Operator and before that I was in the Navy.
