Thanks April!, Will go and check that out next! Never too many low carb recipes! Thanks for thinking of poor little deprived me ! Went by a donut shop and had to do a 'voodoo chant' to resist stopping. My son thought I was NUTS, and said, "Why don't you just get yourself a donut?!!" After doing my 'donut, donut, donut > now I don't want a donut' ditty, I was in control again. Takes me that long to envision all of the killer sugars calling to me, to find my strength to RESIST! Think I need to go and see the site you found for me RIGHT NOW! Always With My Best, Baking Bud

Sung to the Oscar Meyer tune: How I wish I had a little bit of sugar, It would make me happy can't you see. A tiny little donut could make me shiver. But instead I get some nasty pumpkin seeds. Welcome to my world of low-carbing! This sort of sums up what you can't have below. Waahhhh! OH WELL. Won't go on forever, says Baking Bud who will be having 2 protein T's for lunch. In other terms, 2 cheeseburgers without the buns, wrapped up in BIG lettuce leaves. My Best, Hope I am growing thinner by the minute Baking Bud

Well, THIS is what I get to eat: Unlimited Foods Meat Roast Beef Bacon Pork Chops Steak Hamburger Prime Rib Pot Roast Tenderloin Luncheon Meats (read label for carb info) In fact, all meats (except liver) Eggs Poultry Fish Shellfish Cheese Low-starch green vegetables Broccoli Asparagus Spinach Mustard Greens Salad Vegetables Cauliflower Green Beans Sprouts Brussels Sprouts Celery Butter Cream Most Nuts Low-Carb Snack Products Some fruits (in limited quantities) Cherries Avocado Olives Strawberries Grapefruit Cranberries Raspberries The reson why I like this form of a diet is that it is simple. All I have to remember is 'if it tastes good, I can't eat it!' Meats are a no brainer, so eating becomes very simple. After awhile you resist eating, for it isn't any fun . And THAT is how you lose weight! Another reason that I like this diet is that you truly aren't hungry. Many times when I think I will cheat I stop and ask myself, "Am I really hungry?" The little voice inside of me says, "Well NO , but we'd like something sweet !" Or course, unless I've made up sugar free jello, that won't be happening! GREAT JOB losing 30 lbs! I'll be joining that figure before long. I say to DO 'whatever floats your boat' in the weight loss game! Always With My Best, Baking Bud
