This recipe is under the Casserole section of the 'cookin board'. Baking_Bud posted it and I tried it for breakfast this morning. It's wonderful!!! I do recommend it. I increased the bread, eggs and milk a little since I was feeding several people. It was easy and having it already together and in the 'fridge was a plus. It is called "Holiday Breakfast for Family and/or Guest" Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Note: My husband said it was the best breakfast I have ever made. Dee from San Diego

Hi Dee!, Thanks so much for posting your comments! Always nice to know when someone has enjoyed a recipe you posted. This is the basic breakfast casserole recipe, that is easy to add, tweek, and suit to your given taste buds at any time. Personally, there is no dish made in this house that doesn't end up with onions! But I have many recipes where others have not included them, so I post them as friends gave them to me. I like to blend cheeses a lot too, both for taste and finished color. Glad your hubby enjoyed it so much! I know I've posted other breakfast casseroles, some with the usage of potatoes. That makes for a hearty tasty breakfast too, as you can always use O'Brien ones and REALLY jump start the flavor!!! Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones! Stay safe and well! Always My Best, Baking Bud
