I lost a friend on board the plane that was crashed into the Pentagon.
Please, please, take a moment on 9/11 to think of those we lost. Keep them and those they loved in your thoughts and prayers always.
Please, please take a moment to tell everybody that you care about that you love them. Tell them everyday.
Please, please take a moment to smell a flower or enjoy a sunset or a songbird's trill. Do this everyday.
Please, please, join me in living your life the way all those lost cannot.....live it fully, joyfully, robustly; taking nothing for granted and appreciating everything.

The events of Sept 11th have been hard for everyone and at times overbearing, but I heard one particular story that I will never forget and brings me comfort even though I was fortunate enough not to loose anyone that terrible day.... I hope it brings comfort to you also . .... about one week after the 11th a photographer was filming a rescue crew at Ground Zero. The air was thick with dust when all of a sudden a circle of Monarch Butterflies appeared above the rescuers. One of the firemen looked up with tears in his eyes and said " souls" ........
