Hi, I'm new to this site. Looks very interesting. My question is if a recipe calls for 1 cup (5 oz.) of dried peaches which you simmer in 1 cup of water till tender, how would you convert that into using fresh peaches? What amount of fresh peaches would you use? Thanks for any help you can give me.
