Deviled Cheese
One quarter pound jar of Roquefort cheese, one-half pound cream cheese (or Neufchatel), two tablespoons of tomato ketchup, one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, one-half teaspoon of paprika, one-half teaspoon of salt, eight or ten chives chopped fine. This should be thoroughly mixed and put in jars, where, in a cool place, it will keep indefinitely. Spread on saltines and you will find it one of the best things for luncheon or to "finish" a dinner that you know.
